· 密封性能好:现场分层熔接,内外半导、绝缘本体与原电缆无缝隙熔融结合、无界面,防水性能好。

Product technical advantages and features

·Good insulation performance: Using the same XLP non-air gap interface fusion bonding as the cable insulation, the structure forms an integral whole consistent with the cable without obvious joint characteristics, the insulation strength is consistent with the original cable, and it has higher electrical insulation and durable performance for stable operation.

·Equal diameter connection saves space: The production is approximately equal to or the same diameter as the cable outer diameter, and the CM can be made at the bending of the cable and the special position of the high-altitude suspension, saving space.

·High mechanical strength: The conductor core is fused, and the cable at the repaired part can be bent and dragged.

Good sealing performance: The on-site layered fusion welding, the inner and outer semiconducting and insulating body are seamlessly fused with the original cable without gaps and interfaces, and the waterproof performance is good.

· 原材料质量管控:选用进口优质超净化超光滑可交联电缆绝缘材料与半导电材料性能指标优

· 导体连接-采用放热焊接方法

· 相熔性:熔接工艺消除绝缘与半导电熔接后产生的应力

· 安装过程配备防护、加热及散热装备

· 焊接后的导体电阻值与电缆本体导体电阻值保持一致,导体抗拉强度与电缆本体抗拉强度相近

· 110kV模注熔接中间接头可以制作在电缆隧道、直埋段及接头井中,具有良好的防水密封性能

接头制作的关键环节时必须搭建《用于安装高压电缆附件的可移动式净化处理装置》,采用微型化挤出机及封闭式成型模具,恢复绝缘层的绝缘料采用料斗式存储,挤注绝缘时,确保恢复绝缘层质量要求。


Installation

·Conductor connection - using exothermic welding method

·Phase compatibility: The fusion welding process eliminates the stress generated after the insulation and semiconducting fusion welding

· The installation process is equipped with protection, heating and heat dissipation equipment

·The resistance value of the conductor after welding is consistent with the resistance value of the cable body conductor, and the tensile strength of the conductor is similar to the tensile strength of the cable body.

·110kV molded injection fusion intermediate joints can be made in cable tunnels, direct burial sections and joint wells, and have good waterproof sealing performance.

The key link in the joint production is to build a "mobile purification treatment device for installing high-voltage cable accessories". A miniaturized extruder and a closed molding die are used. The insulating material for restoring the insulation layer is stored in a hopper. When extruding and injecting insulation, ensure the quality requirements of the restored insulation layer.
