电缆终端无线测温系统采用无源无线温度传感,具有良好的绝缘性和抗电磁干扰性是目前测量高压电缆终端运行温度的最佳解决方案,可有效预警由于老化、触点氧化、过负荷等所引发的过温甚至烧毁等事故。
The cable termination wireless temperature measurement system adopts passive wireless temperature sensing, which has good insulation and anti-electromagnetic interference. It is the best solution for measuring the operating temperature of high-voltage cable terminations, and can effectively provide early warning of over-temperature or even burnout accidents caused by aging, contact oxidation, overload, etc.
系统组成:
· 测温模块:
测温模块负责对温度敏感点的温度采集,其工作电源通过互感方式在被测线缆上获得
· 通讯主机:
通讯主机负责收集所辖范围内的测温模块的温度数据,并将温度数据通过通讯链路转发至中心软件或移动终端,转发的数据包括温度数据及设备自身的状态数据
· 接入网关:
接入网关负责对所有通讯主机数据的接入及中心指令数据的下达
· 中心软件:
中心软件负责数据的展示及系统管理维护,包括实时显示、统计查询、数据下载、系统管理等
· 移动终端:
移动终端主要针对现场巡查时的温度监测以及为巡查提供温度监测点索引
System composition:
·Temperature measurement module:
The temperature measurement module is responsible for the temperature acquisition of temperature-sensitive points, and its working power is obtained on the measured cable through mutual inductance.
·Communication host:
The communication host is responsible for collecting the temperature data of the temperature measurement modules within its jurisdiction, and forwarding the temperature data to the central software or mobile terminal through the communication link. The forwarded data includes temperature data and the device's own status data.
·Access Gateway:
The access gateway is responsible for the access of all communication host data and the issuance of central instruction data.
·Central Software:
The central software is responsible for data display and system management and maintenance, including real-time display, statistical query, data download, system management, etc.
·Mobile Terminal:
The mobile terminal is mainly for temperature monitoring during on-site inspections and for providing temperature monitoring point indexes for inspections.
功能介绍:
· 温度实时全天监测:
根据电缆运行管理要求温度监测数据提取间隔可进行设置,最小间隔为10 秒
· 温度超限预警:
依据《电力电缆及通道运维管理规程(CGDW1512)》对电缆终端、设备线夹、导线连接部位运行温度的要求设置温度超限阀值,在突破阀值时进行报警
· 温变异常预警:
设置单位时间内温度变化量限值,在温升速度突破限值时进行温升异常报警
· 相对温差超限预警:
在设置有参考测温点的情况下,可设置相对温差值,当出现两个测温点温差突破限值时进行相对温差超限报警
· 数据隐患分析:
以历史的温度数据、载流数据为依据对电缆端子进行隐患分析及检修指导
Function introduction:
·Real-time temperature monitoring all day:
According to the cable operation management requirements, the temperature monitoring data extraction interval can be set, and the minimum interval is 10 seconds.
·Temperature Exceedance Early Warning:
Set the temperature over-limit threshold for the operating temperature requirements of cable terminals, equipment wire clamps, and wire connection parts according to the *Regulations for Operation and Maintenance Management of Power Cables and Channels (CGDW1512)*, and issue an alarm when the threshold is exceeded.
·Temperature change anomaly warning:
Set the temperature change limit within a unit time, and perform a temperature rise anomaly alarm when the temperature rise rate exceeds the limit.
·Relative temperature difference exceeding limit warning:
When a reference temperature measurement point is set, a relative temperature difference value can be set. When the temperature difference between two temperature measurement points exceeds the limit, a relative temperature difference exceeding limit alarm is performed.
·Data hidden danger analysis:
Based on historical temperature data and current carrying data, conduct hidden danger analysis and maintenance guidance for cable terminals.
