外置式电缆局放监测系统采用模块化设计,通过安装在电缆接头接地线上的高频电流传感器,合电缆本体及接头处的局部放电脉冲电流信号;通过同轴电缆送至数据采集器,对模拟信号经过放大、波、模数转换、数据库对比分析后由光纤传送至远程后台。并将这些通过计算获得的放电信息数据写入到数据库中,同时在监测系统的软件面板上显示。

The external cable partial discharge monitoring system adopts a modular design. It collects partial discharge pulse current signals from the cable body and joints by installing high-frequency current sensors on the grounding wire of the cable joint. The signals are sent to the data collector through a coaxial cable. After amplification, wave filtering, analog-to-digital conversion, and database comparison analysis of the analog signals, the data is transmitted to the remote backend via optical fiber. The calculated discharge information data is written into the database and displayed on the software panel of the monitoring system.

 

工作原理:

外置式电缆局放监测系统主要由高频局放传感器、局放监测系统主机和局放监测分析软件平台组成,通过在电缆接头接地线上安装局部放电检测设备,实时在线监测高压电缆的局部放电信号有效地去除干扰信号。局部放电信号通过光纤传输到变电站监控中心,并通过分析系统对局部放电的类型和局部放电水平进行分析判断评估局部放电的影响,判断设备绝缘状态,及时掌握电缆的绝缘劣化程度,实现电缆绝缘故障预警

Working Principle:

The external cable partial discharge monitoring system mainly consists of a high-frequency partial discharge sensor, a partial discharge monitoring system host, and a partial discharge monitoring and analysis software platform. By installing partial discharge detection equipment on the grounding wire of the cable joint, it can monitor the partial discharge signal of the high-voltage cable in real time and effectively remove interference signals. The partial discharge signal is transmitted to the substation monitoring center through optical fiber, and the analysis system analyzes the type and level of partial discharge to assess the impact of partial discharge, determine the insulation status of the equipment, and timely grasp the degree of insulation degradation of the cable to achieve early warning of cable insulation failure.
